It's easy. You don't have to tell us what you need them for, unless you're interested in something that's not on our extensive list below (in that case, ask first)! All you have to do is make sure you use your PA hours any time within 90 days of purchase.

No commitment is required from you past whatever number of hours you initially book with us. However, you are more than welcome to renew at any time–and existing clients get first dibs on new scheduling.


Marketing Strategy:  Call via phone or Zoom to create marketing plan and discuss ongoing strategy (book releases, back list, author branding, newsletter plans, social media networking, and more)

Advertising Assistance: Create comp author and tracking spreadsheets for BookBub and Amazon ads; Provide one-on-one ad coaching and support.

Newsletters:  Write, design, and send newsletters; Create custom branding and graphics; Create subscriber segments and automation sequences; “Scrub” list to remove those who no longer engage; Integrate sign-up forms on website and social media

Social Media:  Create monthly content plan across all active social media channels; Set up new social media channels and design to match the author's brand; Post and pre–schedule content for Facebook pages and groups; Engage with readers by responding to comments, deleting any negative comments, and checking and replying to page messages

Giveaways: Plan a giveaway to promote new releases, special sales, or build social media following; Setup via Gleam, UpViral, Rafflecopter, newsletter, social media or author website; Suggest entry options and create branded prize packs; Promotional spots via the LitRing website, newsletter, and social media can be purchased for an additional cost

ARC Teams:  Build your ARC team from scratch if needed; Recruit additional members via your website, social media, and newsletter; Track and distribute review copies to existing ARC team members via email; Send follow-up emails; Create ARC team welcome automations and re-engagement sequences

Copywriting: Revise book descriptions and create new ones; Tighten book product pages; Find best review quotes for ads and promotions; Create series bibles

Graphic Design: Create teaser images, quote graphics, custom branding graphics, and ads; Design custom-branded social media images aimed at encouraging reader engagement; Make book launch and limited-time sale graphics; Create swag designs, newsletter headers, website images, logos, and more; Our PA services cannot be used for book cover design

Formatting: eBook, boxed set, and paperback formatting using Vellum; Update back matter to reflect new releases

Publishing: Upload books direct to retailers and through distributors

Price Promotions: Prepare general schedule for entire quarter with adjustments being made based on Kindle Unlimited terms; Suggest best promo sites and submit upcoming deals and freebies

Websites: Update buy links and add new books to the website; Post blogs written by the author; Build and publish new pages within existing framework; Update home page to reflect new releases and other important info; For extensive website redesigns, updates, or changes, a custom quote is needed

Bookkeeping: Categorize business expenses; Create Profit & Loss statements; Help formulate budget; Track royalties and create summary sheets

Messenger Bots: Setup new flows for existing accounts via ManyChat; Send broadcasts to chat bot subscribers; Create custom Facebook advertising audience for bot subscribers; If you need to set up a brand new bot, please contact us for a referral to one of our talented partners
